Returns and refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:
- Condition of Items: We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, please note that minor cosmetic imperfections such as slight dents, small scratches, or bends in book covers may occur during shipping. These do not affect the usability of the product and are considered normal risks of transit. As such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these issues, since they are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and outside of our control.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items that have no wear (this includes bent pages or minor dents/scratches) within 10 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives really damaged or unusable, we will provide a full refund and cover all postage costs.
- Other Returns: If the return is not due to our error, we will refund the cost of the product(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage will be the customer’s responsibility.
