Shipping and delivery

Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped usually within 1-3 days after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship using USPS.
• Delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery times will be provided with tracking number, but please note that these are only estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your countries customs fees before purchasing. Once we ship out an order, there is nothing we can do regarding refunds.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
• If your order is marked as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details and documentation where needed.

Returned to Sender

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, we will gladly reship it to you.
• However, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs before the order is resent.
